ADVERTISING - LEGAL INFORMATION
Rate Changes
MarketDigestOnline.com reserves the absolute right to
change our advertising rates at any time. Rates will not be retroactively
applied to any prepaid advertising on this site.
Prepayment
All advertising must be paid in full before your
advertising campaign beings. Our preferred method of payment is by check or
money order, but we also accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express) as well. All funds must be transmitted in United States
currency only. All advertising purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation Clause
We reserve the right to terminate any advertising
for any reason. If such termination occurs, we will refund your account a
prorated amount based on the time or impressions that have already been
served.
Button Advertisements: Our Buttons are sold on a quarterly basis, and are
limited in quantity. Thus, cancellations before payment is received will be
subject to a 10% cancellation fee. In addition, a supplemental fee will be
charged for the length of time that it takes MarketDigestOnline.com to find a
replacement advertiser for the cancelled Button. This supplemental fee amount
shall be equal to the amount of the cancelled advertising order, prorated for
the time that MarketDigestOnline.com is unable to find a replacement
advertiser.
Banner Advertisements: Cancellations of purchases of banner
advertisements before payment is received will be subject to a 10% cancellation
fee.
To cancel, you must notify MarketDigestOnline.com by faxing us a
cancellation with a signature to (615) 370-8336 or by sending a signed letter
via regular US mail. Be sure to include your company name, URL, and phone number
with any correspondence that you send us. Please email us at advertising@MarketDigestOnline.com if
you have additional questions.

click-throughs, click-through ratios, or any other advertising statistics,
